The agency that
pays your way in.
We pay for your pre-licensing course. We pay for your licenses in the top 10 states we sell in. We fund your marketing and leads for your first two months while you get 1-on-1 coaching. And nobody here cold calls, every call is a family reaching out to us.
What it costs you to start here.
Most agencies recruit you, then hand you the bill: courses, licenses, leads. We flipped it, the agency invests first, because agents who start without debt stay and grow.
Pre-licensing course
Your state-approved course, paid by the agency. Study, pass the exam, get licensed, without spending a dollar to find out if this career is for you.
Top 10 state licenses
We sell across state lines by phone, so one license isn't enough. We pay for your licenses in the top 10 states we sell in.
First 60 days of marketing
Every lead and all marketing costs covered for your first two months, the exact stretch when a new agent normally bleeds money.
Personal coaching
Those same two months, you're coached one-on-one, live call reviews, ride-alongs on real conversations, and a coach accountable for your ramp.
You don't chase anyone. They call you.
Every conversation here is customer-initiated: a family that responded to our marketing because they want coverage for someone they love. They're calling for a reason, which also means the call is yours, not shared with five other agents racing you to a callback.
- 100% inbound, 100% intent-based, zero cold calling, ever
- No selling to friends, family or neighbors, trust us, they don't want to hear it, and we'll never ask you to pitch them
- No door knocking, it's not safe, and honestly, it's pretty weird
Your day, in four moves.
Open ACME CRM, our custom software, at your desk in the office. Your pipeline, calendar and clients are already in front of you.
Calls come in
Families who responded to our marketing call in, ready to talk. No dialing lists, no hunting, the phone rings because they want it to.
You work it
Listen, ask the right questions, and match them to coverage that fits their health and budget. The talk track and coaching are behind you.
Write the policy
Simplified-issue applications submit fast. The client goes on your book, follow-up scheduled, next call waiting.
"Is this an MLM?" No. Here's the difference, in writing.
Insurance recruiting has earned your suspicion, plenty of shops run the MLM playbook with a license on top. We built ACME to be the opposite of that, on purpose. Compare for yourself:
| The MLM playbook | How ACME works | |
|---|---|---|
| Who you sell to | Your friends, family, neighbors and old classmates | People who called us first. Pitching your warm market isn't just "not required", it's against how we operate |
| What it costs to start | Starter kits, sign-up fees, monthly minimums | We pay you in: your pre-licensing course, licenses in ten states, and your first 60 days of marketing |
| How you earn | Mostly by recruiting a downline under you | By writing policies for families who asked for coverage. Recruiting is nobody's job requirement here |
| The product | Something nobody was asking for | A state-regulated product with real demand, the phone rings because families want it |
| Where the money comes from | The people below you in the pyramid | Licensed insurance carriers, paying commissions on real policies for real clients |
| If you ever leave | A garage full of inventory and burned relationships | A professional license and a career skill that's yours for life |
The simplest test: an MLM needs you to recruit and to burn your warm market to survive. We forbid the second and don't require the first. And if anyone in this industry, including us, ever asks you to write down a list of 100 friends and family, walk out.
Connecticut
Interviews, onboarding and daily work happen here in person.
New Hampshire
Interviews, onboarding and daily work happen here in person.
Our systems shut down every night
One hour after inbound calls end, the systems go dark until morning. Nobody grinds until midnight here because nobody can: the machine itself sends you home to your friends, your family, and a life outside work.
Proximity is the shortcut
New agents sitting next to real producers ramp faster than anyone grinding alone, you hear a hundred live calls in your first month without dialing one.
A real office. A real team. Real outings.
We're an in-person agency with offices in Connecticut and New Hampshire. You work from the office, next to people who are good at this, and you learn ten times faster than anyone grinding alone at a kitchen table. We also actually like each other: team outings are part of how this place runs, and the workday actually ends. Our systems shut down every night, an hour after inbound calls stop.
Fair warning: if you're looking for a laptop-on-a-beach gig, this isn't it. If you want a career with people around you, keep reading.
We own the whole machine: the contracts, the marketing, the software.
Nothing here is rented, licensed from a vendor, or borrowed from an upline. We hold our own contracts, run our own marketing, and build our own software, and we invested heavily to make it that way. That ownership is exactly why we can take someone ambitious off the street and have them making real money within two weeks: every piece of the system is ours, so every piece of it points at your success.
One pipeline
Inbound calls, appointments, applications and issued policies in one place, you always know where every family stands.
Built in-house
Designed around how this office actually sells, not around a software company's roadmap.
Yours from day one
You're set up on the platform during onboarding, before your first live call.
We could not care less about your résumé.
No degree required. No insurance background required. We don't hire credentials, we hire personality, drive, and people who chase success. The system is built to make any agent successful; the drive is the one thing we can't supply.
Personality
You'll spend your days talking with families about protecting the people they love. If people like talking to you, you're halfway there.
Drive
The leads come to you, the coaching is 1-on-1, the systems are built. What we can't do is want it for you.
Hunger for more
Our best people treat this like a business they own, not a job they have. If that sentence made you sit up, apply.
This isn't a 9-to-5. Unless you want it to be.
This is about helping people find opportunity and build something of their own. How far you take it is up to you.
The career track
Show up, work inbound calls from the office, help families, go home. Treat it like a 9-to-5 done well and six figures is a realistic target here, with none of the chaos of running a business. And the balance is real: our systems shut down nightly, so the job cannot follow you home.
The builder track
Want to scale past a personal book and stop chasing deals? We have the systems to support you building your own successful business, marketing, software, coaching and a roadmap we put in front of you in writing.
Already a successful agent?
We'll support top-level contracting for producers with proven success, whether you want to open your own ACME office or operate completely independently, with our systems and leads or without them. Why compete when everyone can work together, network and grow?
Commission-based, 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Full compensation details are shared in writing during the interview. Individual results vary, income depends on effort, skill and persistency, and is not guaranteed.
Built by someone who builds things that work.
Before ACME, our founder served in the military, and still serves today, as an instructor in the Reserves. That's where the standard comes from: systems, discipline, and never asking anyone to do something you haven't done yourself.
After the service came real estate: building an investment portfolio and learning marketing the hard way, generating his own deals instead of buying someone else's leftovers. That obsession with owning the pipeline turned into software ventures and systems work that helped scale companies past $1M in revenue, plus years in tech for major healthcare organizations.
ACME Financial is all of that pointed at one industry: an agency growing from the ground up, where the marketing is owned, the software is built in-house, and every system exists so that an agent with drive can win. You're not joining a franchise, you're joining a builder, early.
We invest first. You do the work.
Apply in two minutes. Interviews happen in person, at the CT or NH office.
From application to producing, step by step.
The whole path, in the open, what we pay for, what happens when, and what's expected of you.
Apply & interview in person
Two minutes to apply; we respond to every applicant. Interviews happen at the CT or NH office, you see the team and the systems before you commit, and we see you.
We pay for your pre-licensing
Accepted but not licensed yet? The agency pays for your state-approved pre-licensing course. Most people are exam-ready in one to two weeks of focused study.
Pass the exam, get licensed, in 10 states
Once you pass, we pay for your licenses in the top 10 states we sell in and our contracting team handles the carrier appointment paperwork, tracked until every contract clears.
Onboard on our systems
ACME CRM setup, product training on final expense and IUL, and the inbound call flow, before your first live family.
The funded launch
All marketing and lead costs covered by the agency for your first two months, while you take inbound calls from the office and get coached 1-on-1, live call reviews, real-time feedback, a coach accountable for your ramp.
Grow on your terms
Run it as a high-earning career, or build toward a business of your own, up to and including your own ACME office. The full growth roadmap and compensation structure are put in front of you in writing during the interview.
The agency's side of the deal.
- Pre-licensing course, paid
- Licenses in the top 10 states we sell in, paid
- All marketing & lead costs for your first 2 months
- 1-on-1 coaching through your entire ramp
- Custom in-house systems (ACME CRM), included
- Contracting paperwork handled and tracked by our team
- A desk in the CT or NH office, next to people who do this well
Your side of the deal.
- Show up, this is an in-person, from-the-office role
- Study and pass your state licensing exam
- Coachability, take the 1-on-1 feedback and use it
- Honesty with every family, every time, no exceptions
- The work ethic to turn funded leads into a real book
We invest real money in every new agent. We're selective because of it, and we'd rather tell you that upfront.
The questions everyone asks.
Seriously. Our marketing generates inbound calls from families asking about coverage, intent-based, customer-initiated, not shared. You will never dial a purchased list, knock a door, or pitch a stranger who didn't ask. And we will never send you after your friends, family or neighbors, they don't want to hear it, and asking you to burn your relationships isn't a marketing plan.
No, and we welcome the question, because this industry has earned it. You earn here by writing insurance policies for customers who called us, paid by licensed carriers on state-regulated products. You are never required to recruit anyone. You never pay to join, we pay for your licensing and your first 60 days of marketing. And selling to your friends and family, the defining MLM move, is banned outright. The full side-by-side is on our home page, in writing.
No. We're an in-person agency, you work from our Connecticut or New Hampshire office. It's a deliberate choice: new agents around experienced ones ramp dramatically faster, and honestly, the office is a good place to be. Team outings included.
Commission-based, as a 1099 independent contractor. We don't publish contract levels on a website, you get the full compensation structure in writing during the interview, including advances, renewals and chargebacks, before you commit to anything. What we'll say publicly: treated like a serious career, six figures is a realistic target here, and the ceiling above that is yours to build.
By then you're licensed, trained, and producing on inbound calls with a real pipeline behind you. Your coach doesn't disappear either, coaching is how this office runs, not a trial feature. How marketing works from month three on is covered in the interview, in writing.
Final expense whole life, simplified-issue policies that cover funerals and final bills for clients aged roughly 50–85, plus indexed universal life for families building longer-term. One product family, done exceptionally well.
Sound like your kind of deal?
Apply now, interviews are in person, and we respond to everyone.

- Premiums never go up; coverage never expires while premiums are paid
- No-exam options, just health questions on many plans
- Whole life builds cash value; IUL available for longer-term goals

Simple coverage, honestly explained.
Final Expense Whole Life
Coverage typically $5,000–$25,000, built to pay for a funeral, final medical bills and small debts. Fixed premium for life, benefit never decreases, cash value grows, and many plans skip the medical exam. Some policies for significant health conditions carry a two-year graded benefit, if a plan we discuss has one, you'll hear it from us plainly before you apply.
Get a quote →Indexed Universal Life
Permanent coverage with flexible premiums and cash value that earns interest linked to a market index, with a floor (commonly 0%) protecting credited interest from down years, and caps limiting the upside. Not an investment, never directly in the market, and we'll always show you the guaranteed columns alongside the illustrated ones.
Talk to an agent →Answered honestly.
It depends on your age, health, gender and coverage amount, and once you enroll in whole life coverage, your rate never increases. The only way to know your number is a quick quote, which is free.
Very often, yes, final expense plans are designed for people with health conditions. Some policies for serious conditions include a two-year waiting period (graded benefit); we'll tell you clearly whether a plan includes one before you apply.
The insurance carrier that issued the policy pays the claim, and your family calls us first, we walk them through the entire process, paperwork to payout. Death benefits are generally free of federal income tax.
An insurance agency with offices in Connecticut and New Hampshire. Licensed agents, real people you can call back. Policies are issued by the licensed insurance carriers we place coverage with; guarantees are backed by the issuing carrier.

Screening questions
Not licensed? Honestly, we don't care. We pay for your pre-licensing course and your licenses in the ten states we sell in. "Not yet" is a perfectly good answer.
"Yes" is not an automatic no. Licensing rules vary by state, and we'd rather talk it through with you than have it surprise everyone later.
Fair question to have questions about. The full compensation structure is shared in writing during the interview, and your first 60 days of marketing are funded by the agency.
Work history
Most recent first. We read this for work ethic and people skills, not for insurance experience.
Also fine. Plenty of good agents started without one.
Availability and extras
Either answer is fine. We hire on drive, not resumes.
